The Mast Design Sketch
The mast is made of of galvanized steel pipe, two ten-foot sections of inch and a half pipe and one and a half sections of one inch pipe for a total of 35 feet.
The base would be two 4×4″ treated posts in three feet of concrete below the ground and five feet above the ground.
The steel pipe is sandwiched between the two posts with a pivot near the top of the post.
A come-along is used to pull the mast upright, then bolted to the posts. If needed, guy ropes can be deployed either at 25′ or 30′.
